Thank You to all who attended our Kid's Christmas Party on Sunday 3rd December.
A very special Thank You to everyone who helped out and volunteered their time to make sure that this was a fun and enjoyable day for all. We can not do this without you, and we really appreciate your time and effort.
It was absolutely roasting and I'm sure some went away a bit sun-kissed. There were a few buckets of water thrown on the bouncy castles throughout the day to keep the kids cool, and many Ice creams devoured. A very fun Santa made an appearance with books for all the children, which they loved! We ended the party with a lollie scramble so the kids could go home on a sugar high, of course. It was a fun, relaxed day and we hope everyone who came along enjoyed themselves.
Thank you

The new website for the Christchurch Irish Society has been launched
During his journey back to Ireland, Denis O'Regan made history as this is the first website he has launched whilst flying. It was while he was visiting his grandchildren and son Brendan he was brought along as a guest to the club rugby breakfasts.
Denis worked aboard the enormous Emirates Airbus A380 during the second 14-hour leg from Sydney to Dubai. After Eoghan O'Sullivan changed the required settings Denis completed the smooth transition seamlessly replacing the previous website with the new one whilst connected to the aircraft's Internet connection.
One of the smart functions of the website is that new articles featured on the home page will automatically be emailed to society members.
The website has a major facelift
Living in West Cork - Ireland, Denis O'Regan is currently over visiting his son (and member) Brendan and the grandchildren.
During his spare time Denis put together a new website for the society.
Denis says...
"I became aware there was a request to update the website and after my welcome at the rugby breakfasts wanted to give something back."
