We had a fantastic afternoon Quiz at The Elmwood Trading Company on Sunday for our fundraiser for Keely O'Grady to support her trip to the Rose of Tralee International Festival.

There were 12 teams in total, with 'Quizteama Aguilera' taking out bragging rights.

 

We would like to thank Sir Tipene O'Regan, who has graciously loaned Keely his beautiful Korowai to take to Ireland with her. His Korowai represents Aoraki Mount Cook and Te Waipounamu and Keely has been honoured to showcase it's significance on the world stage!

 

Some great prizes were won; however, we still have the

'Mega Raffle for Keely' going - $5 a ticket or 5 tickets for $20.

PRIZES INCLUDE: Dental Consultation Voucher, 32" TV, 6 Hampers, 4 Bottles of Wine and a bottle of Whiskey.

 

Great to see so much support for Keely on Sunday and we want to Thank all those who sponsored the event and donated their time, effort and prizes to support her too.

There's only 3 days to go until the big Quiz

 

This will be a fun afternoon quiz down at:

The Elmwood Trading Company - 1 Normans Road, Strowan CHCH 8052

DATE & TIME: Sunday 14th July at 3pm

COST: $10per person - Tables of 6

 

This is fundraising event to support our New Zealand Rose, Keely O'Grady, and her trip to Ireland next month for the Rose of Tralee International Festival. We have some great prizes and it's a fun way to spend time with friends, or make new ones. We would love to see you there and we'd love to sellout this quiz event, grab some friends for a great afternoon!

All proceeds are going to assist Keely with her trip to Tralee.

Come along and join us for a bit of a catch up and enjoy a fresh cooked meal.

Fish, Chips & Salad $12.00, with Tea and coffee as well.

Come feel the real Irish vibe with The Jameson's Irish Band. Enjoy the songs, tunes, and craic at our charity gig for Tadhg

 

Date & Time: Saturday 27th July from 7pm to 10pm

Cost: $30 per person - All proceeds of this charity gig goes to supporting the Devine-Giles family as they care for Tadgh

Come sing and dance along with The Jameson's Irish Band, song sheets will be available and there will be raffles and spot prizes. 

The bar will be open for drinks and snacks.

This event is organised by Tricia Radford in conjunction with The Jameson's Irish Band.
